Too much Heavy cream has always caused me... Problems... I'm not lactose intolerant at all so lactase didn't help, but I started taking fiber supplements and everything is working out again. If you're having the same struggle, it can't hurt to try and add in some fiber pills. I take one serving every time I drink cream now.
